Evan graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2018 with degrees in Writing Seminars and Political Science, earning both general and departmental honors. He continued his education at the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a Law Faculty Scholar, Law & Public Policy Scholar, and President of the Temple Political & Civil Rights Society. Evan also excelled in Temple Law's award-winning, first-in-the-nation trial advocacy program, graduating cum laude with a Certificate in Trial Advocacy and Litigation. After graduation, Evan held the prestigious position of Law Clerk to the Honorable Samuel J. Ragonese, Judge of the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Gloucester County. Following his clerkship, Evan worked at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, where he represented multinational corporations in casualty litigation matters. Feeling the calling to represent the victims of injustice, Evan joined the family practice at Garber Law. Since then, Evan has cemented himself as one of the area's rising legal stars. Among his many achievements, Evan has obtained over $1 million in trial verdicts in only his first two years with the firm. In his free time, Evan enjoys reading and writing fiction and poetry, rock climbing, studying Mandarin Chinese, and spending time with his wife and their rescue cat, Matzo Ball.
