Keith J. Gentes joined Garber Law as a law clerk while in his second year of law school at Rutgers School of Law - Camden. While attending Rutgers School of Law - Camden, he participated in the James R. Hunter Advanced Moot Court Competition and earned the award of Top 10 Brief. He earned his B.A., in Political Science from Rutgers University.
Since his admission to the bar, he has worked as an Associate for Garber Law where he concentrates his practice primarily on litigation matters. Specifically, he focuses his practice on representing clients in personal injury matters such as vehicular negligence, premises liability, employment discrimination, toxic torts, and civil rights matters. He also handles the workers’ compensation claims for the firm. Keith is also experienced in handling matrimonial matters and frequently appears in municipal court.
Although he is a relatively new member to the bar, Keith has extensive courtroom experience. He has tried several jury trials to verdict and has experience arguing before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Keith is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
